1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing AI Backstage ("the Course"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Backstage.

2. What You Get

Your purchase includes:

• Lifetime access to all current course video lessons
• Downloadable resources, templates, and prompt libraries (PDF format)
• Per-lesson checklists to track your progress
• Access to future updates and new lessons added to the platform

"Lifetime access" means for as long as the AI Backstage platform remains operational. In the unlikely event that the platform is discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days notice and make downloadable versions of all content available.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, written materials, templates, prompt libraries, graphics, and any other resources provided through the platform, are the intellectual property of AI Backstage and are protected by copyright law.

You may:

• Use the materials for your own personal and professional music career
• Use templates and prompts to create your own original work
• Reference ideas and strategies you learned in the course

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course videos or materials
• Share your account login credentials with others
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course content for redistribution
• Use course materials to create a competing product or course
• Upload course content to any file-sharing or streaming platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Payment

The Course is available as a one-time payment. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a receipt via email upon successful purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the Course includes downloadable materials and instant access to video content, we do not offer refunds after purchase. We encourage you to watch the free preview lesson (Lesson 1.01) before purchasing to ensure the Course is right for you. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at hello@ai-backstage.com and we will resolve them.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each purchase grants access to one individual. Account sharing is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

7. Disclaimer

AI Backstage provides educational content about using AI tools for music career development. We do not guarantee specific results, income, bookings, streams, or career outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. The course provides strategies and tools, not promises.

8. AI Tools Disclaimer

The course teaches you how to use third-party AI tools (such as Claude, Suno, Udio, and others). We are not affiliated with these tools and are not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability, features, or terms of service. We recommend using AI-generated content as a starting point and always reviewing output before publishing or sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Backstage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
